What is Polarity Therapy?:
Polarity Therapy is a complex form of energy healing. It focuses on bringing the patient's energy flow back into a balanced state and unblocking energy. Some techniques that may be used during a session include: massage, reflexology, use of crystals and/or stones, and periods of hands-off healing when clearing the chakras and aura.
What to expect during your session:
There will be a massage table set up with sheets and blankets for you, soft relaxing music playing in the background, and comfortable lighting from a salt lamp. We will begin the session most likely with you lying on your back, face up, and (if comfortable for you) I may have you turn face down later on. Clients may or may not fall asleep during a session. I try to keep a quiet environment for the client to heal. The client remains fully clothed during the session.
Prices and session length:
Polarity Therapy 60 minutes: $60.00(includes discussion before and after as needed).
Polarity Therapy 90 minutes: $90.00(includes discussion before and after as needed).
